Our
office fees vary depending upon the nature of appointment. Fees
for initial and/or ongoing examinations, evaluations, and treatments
requiring more extensive time and consultation will be billed at
a higher rate than brief routine visits, procedures performed,
and lab tests ordered.
Important
We encourage patients to discuss our fee structure with us, especially before an elective surgery, or before the start of any long-term treatment plan.
Insurance
The copy of a superbill or a receipt that we give to you after your visit has been designed for insurance purposes, Our office staff will file claims for OB and surgical care. We will also file insurance claims for regular visits or checkups if we are a provider for your specific insurance. We will help you in whatever way we can. However, you can help us save time and costs, and serve you better if you make sure that the insurance policies you carry cover the services for which you want to file the claims.
Important
Your insurance is the contract between you and the insurance company. You are responsible for your bills regardless of what insurance pays. Please have all your insurance information available to us and if and when your insurance coverage changes in any way. We accept major credit cards.
