Contacting Us
We welcome and encourage you to call or email
the office if you have a problem, question, or need to get in touch
with us for any reason. When you call the office the receptionist
usually answers the phone. She will either schedule an appointment
or channel the call to the person whom you wish to speak. If the
doctor or nurse is busy with a patient, the receptionist will take
your call and relay your message. Your call will be returned later
in the day.
Important
Please make non-emergency calls during office hours only.
If you are calling to get lab reports or a progress report on your condition, the doctor will call you back if she is unavailable at that time. The doctor will usually contact you between patients, if time permits, or during lunch hour or after hours.
Prescription Refills
Call our main office number: (949) 364-2481.
Include your pharmacist's phone number with the area code. Your prescription
refill will be called in at the end of the day.
Important
As a precaution, routine prescriptions, such as birth control pills, will not be refilled during weekends or holidays. This is because the doctor may not have access to your medical records.
Emergencies
Urgent and emergency calls are accepted at all hours. Please call our main telephone number (949) 364-2481. In an emergency situation, if you are unable to reach Dr. Sadri or the physician on call, please go directly to the Emergency Room at Mission Viejo Medical Center in Mission Viejo.
After Hours
After hours and on days the office is closed, Dr. Sadri or the physician on call can be reached by calling our regular office phone number (949) 364-2481. Our answering service will refer all calls promptly to the physician on call, who will return your call as soon as possible.
